Load settings

The settings for the database are read.

Save settings

The settings for the database connection are saved.
The settings are saved to a file. These files are in the according folder C:/Dokumente und Einstellungen/All Users/Anwendungsdaten/COPA-DATA/zenOn/ipa. The file name is generated from the date and time of the saving YYYYMMDDhhmmss<name>ipa.
