Variable selective activation

The storage in the Industrial Performance Analyzer database can be activated selectively for each variable.

If an alarm should be written to the Industrial Performance Analyzer database, the entry 'Save in IPA' database has to be activated in the variable properties under 'Alarm handling'.

VAriables are only written to the database, if the property IPA active is activated and the entry Save to IPA database is activated in the variable properties. The database connection has to be defined correctly.

In the limit text of the variable and in the variable identification only characters allowed in SQL statements may be used.
