Open the list of functions with the command
Functions administration in
the Project Manager. The list of defined functions is opened. Click
on the Button New to create
a new function. Now a dialog with a list of available functions
opens. Select the function Send a Message" ond click on OK".
The property dialog for the function Send a Message" is opened now.
