In this case the server project AND a local project copy are stored at the same PC.
It is possible to create Multiuser-projects at one PC. This makes sense, e.g. if changes should be checked first. To do this e.g. changes are allowed for a picture, it is edited and tested in the Runtime. After this the changes can be checked in or rejected. The original picture stays unchanged, until the changes in the picture are accepted.
