Variable list object

This object contains the array of variables related to the schedule. Only variables related to a schedule can indeed be used for the relevant switching points. This is a fixed-type object.

`Add variable`	Adds a new variable to the schedule. This is also possible during Runtime.
`Insert variable`	Inserts (i.e. pastes) variables from the clipboard.
`Permissions`	Opens the Permissions dialog.
`Help`	Activates online help.
