Sometimes, the TCP/IP ports can be occupied by other programs like the SQL Server.

You can find out simply by entering 'netstat -a -n -o' in the command line. You will receive a list with all TCP/IP ports that are in use. Now look at the listerning Ports (LISTENING). For the zenon specific ports 1100 - 1103, check if the processID corresponds to the processes of the control system. If they don't, change the configuration of the other software, so that different ports can be used there. The zenon ports cannot be modified.
