Properties of variables can be overwritten in two ways:

• The property is changed with the keyboard or the mouse As soon as the change is saved, the reference to the data type is lost.
• The reference of this property can cut from the data type via the context menu. In this case either only the selected property or all properties of the variable can be separated from the data type. (Screenshot!)

As soon as a property was overwritten, the checkmark disappears. All changes in the data type do no longer effect these overwritten properties of the variable.
