Summary:
The following options are supported in the special options section of the ports form: 

Solution:
PCXI    
  -h Transmit only when both DCD (data-carrier-detect) and CTS are high. The PCXI board will wait up to 500 ms for both DCD and CTS to come up. CTS becomes transmit enable and DCD becomes receive enable.
  -t Raise RTS only when transmitting. This options was included with version 2.10
MCXI    
  -h Transmit only when both DCD (data-carrier-detect) and CTS are high, otherwise the transmission is abandoned. CTS becomes transmit enable and DCD becomes receive enable.
COMXI    
  -h Transmit only when both DCD (data-carrier-detect) and CTS are high, otherwise the transmission is abandoned.
COMX    
  -h Use DTR (data-terminal-ready) and RTS (request-to-send) signal for reception flow control, monitor CTS (clear-to-send) and DSR (data-set-ready) signal for output flow control.
  -r Raise DTR only when transmitting.
  -t Raise RTS only when transmitting. This options was included with version 2.10. See Also Q1384.
