When I click on Details I get:

CTEXPLOR caused an invalid page fault in module <unknown> at 00de:00000000.
Registers:

On my NT machine part of the Dr Watson Log generated was:

Application exception occurred:

App: (pid=93)
When: 7/14/1997 @ 9:54:12.98
Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)

Solution:
This could be one of three things. The most likely is an incompatibility with the ODBC driver.
  1. Make sure that the dbase driver in your ODBC configuration is installed.
  2. If you have installed office 97, make sure that the version of the Dbase driver is the same as the excel driver (Control Panel|ODBC|ODBC Drivers Tab) If it is older then there are compatability problems. If you have installed Office 97 , and are missing the Dbase driver, then re-install the ODBC manager With Dbase support from your office 97 CD.
  3. If the above is all OK, then you may need to get an older MFC42.DLL which resides in the windows\system directory or equivalent. There is one on our Web Site located in Citect Miscellaneous.
