Summary:
An alarm log device may record 0s (zeros) for the following fields

OnDate, OnTime OffDate, OffTime etc

and record incorrect or blank descriptions. This only occurs for some of the records.

 

Solution:
The reason is that these fields are designed for use in an alarm SUMMARY log only and will give unreliable results when used for an alarm log. The Citect Help provides a list of fields which can be used for each kind.
