Summary:
In Controllogix it is possible to use Aliases for the tags. Is it possible to address Aliases in Citect?

Solution:
It is possible for a Citect tag to refer to aliased tags in Controllogix. Citect cannot refer to an aliased tag in Controllogix that is or refers to a Local tag or Program tag. This functionality is not supported in the current Citect ABCLX driver (v3.01.03.003).

Please refer to KB article Q4064 regarding the issues involved in aliasing digitals as Citect does not recommend this practice.
