Summary:
What is the maximum number of Modnet ports/devices which can be configured in CitectSCADA without adding additional I/O Servers?
 

Solution:
The maximum number of ports/devices is 255 as of Modnet driver v2.06.04.000.

Please refer to KB Q4104. For CitectSCADA projects V7.0 and higher the workaround is to create a second Cluster and IOServer instance and configure your additional requirements on the new instance to be run on the same PC.

NOTE: Should you require a second instance of a particular Citect driver, you can request that Citect rebuild a second driver instance for you. Please contact Citect Support for further information.
