Summary:

Citect silent installation options defined in KB Q4524 doesn't work properly in V7, it keeps adding \CitectSCADA to user DATA path and doesnt allow to change it.

 

Solution:

There are some changes in Version 7.0 with silent install options. Below should work for v7:
