Summary:
When running a project containing an Alarm Server which has the 'Publish Alarm Properties' option set to TRUE, a 'No Server could be found' hardware alarm will be triggered on start-up every time. This hardware alarm will clear automatically after approximately 30 seconds.

Knowledgebase Article Q4942 describes a similar issue however the suggested solution in that article does not resolves the problem in this case.

Solution:
Knowledgebase Article Q4942 applies to version 7.00 only. In version 7.10, the problem is merely with the Alarm Server not clearing the hardware alarm once it has successfully connected to the I/O Server. A fix for this issue is has been created, however it will not be available until a later build (possibly a later Service Pack). Please note that this hardware alarm should not be of any concern as there is no problem with the product in terms of handling connections.
