The WebAccess Taskbar Icon is color Coded.
If the SCADA Node kernel is Stopped (off, not running) then:
· The Taskbar Icon is RED
· The menu item Stop Kernel is grayed-out (Figure 2.11)
· The menu item Start Kernel is in black (Figure 2.11).
If the SCADA Node kernel is Started (i.e. running, on, and communicating) then:
· The Taskbar Icon is Green .
· The Menu Item Stop Kernel is black.
· The menu item Start Kernel is grayed-out
A Blue Icon on bottom with a Green Icon on Top means the Script Engine has failed. This will affect Global Scripts and Email (including Alarm Emails and Pager Notification). It is recommended to Stop and Start the SCADA node.
A Blue Icon on Top with a Green Icon on bottom means the Thin Client Interface has failed. This will affect users of Pocket PCs, PDAs and other Thin Client users. It is recommended to Stop and Start the SCADA node.
Both Screens Blue means both the Thin Client Interface and Script Engine have Failed or have not started. It is common for both to be Blue when the SCADA Node is first started.
A Yellow Icon means the SCADA node Kernel is starting or failed to start (datacore.exe has failed to start).
