22.4.1.2                    Start webvrpcs.exe manually

1.      Go to drive:\WebAccess\Node
(typically C:\WebAccess\Node)

2.      Double click on Webvrpcs.exe

3.      If the icon appears in the taskbar and Webvrpcs.exe appears in the Task Manager, then possible causes of Webvrpcs not starting automatically are:

a.      The short cut in the Start-up folder is missing

b.      The short cut is incorrectly configured (to wrong path)

c.      A security setting on shortcut or webvrpcs.exe prevents it from running.

If webvrpcs.exe fails to start manually, it is often because a TCP Port configured for WebAccess is incorrectly configured (see the following Section on Wrong TCP ports).
