23.7   USERDEF.INI

User can create a "USERDEF.INI" file to disable comports or devices when the kernel starts. The user would then enable the com port or device when the kernel is running.  An example format of the USERDEF.INI is:

 

[Disabled_PortDevice]

Port3=1

Port4_Unit5=1

Where the first entry disables port 3. The second line disables unit 5 on port 4.  

The file USERDEF.INI must be created on the SCADA node at drive:\WebAccess\Node\Project_Nodename.
