Global Alarm Status of SCADA node. (It's not global). Use %AALMGLOBALN for true global alarms. Describes if there are any UNACKNOWLEDGED or any ALARM in on this SCADA node. If there is at least one UNACKNOWLEDGED alarm, will return a ALARM (flashing red) . If all alarms are ALL ACKNOWLEDGED, returns a ALARM (steady red). If NO ALARMS, returns a NO ALARM .
