The connector diagnostics quickly show you the connector modules that have loaded in Proficy Portal, and which have failed.
To view connector diagnostics, perform the following:
Start the Proficy Portal Administration application.
Click the Settings & Diagnostics button.
In the tree, expand the DataServer folder.
Select the Connectors node.
If the module for a connector has loaded successfully, the Parameter's value will show Loaded. If it has not loaded successfully, it will display Load Failed.
NOTE: The information shown on this screen pertains only to Proficy Portal's ability to handle these types of data sources; this screen does not show the status of active connections to these data sources.
