If you are having trouble logging on to Proficy Portal, complete the following steps:
Enter the URL servername/ProficyPortal in your browser, where servername is the address of your Proficy Portal server, or select Proficy Real-Time Information Portal from the Proficy Portal program group to launch the web browser. Proficy Portal starts.
When prompted, enter your login name and password (if security is enabled).
If security is enabled, enter a domain name or a workgroup, depending on your security configuration. If security is not enabled, you can leave the password and domain fields blank.
Click OK. Proficy Portal enters the run-time environment.
