Use the following guidelines to troubleshoot your CIMPLICITY connections if you experience difficulty accessing process data:
The CIMPLICITY server you want to connect to is available and running.
The login account configured for the CIMPLICITY server exists on the CIMPLICITY server you want to connect to. You can determine the login account that is configured for a CIMPLICITY server by using the Administration application. Refer to the section Adding Data Sources for more information.
