Use the following guidelines to troubleshoot your ShopFloor SPC connections if you experience difficulty accessing process data:
The ShopFloor SPC server you want to connect to is available and running.
The login account configured for the ShopFloor SPC server exists on the ShopFloor SPC server you want to connect to. You can determine the login account that is configured for a ShopFloor SPC server by using the Administration application. Refer to the section Adding Data Sources for more information.
