To save a display as an image

1. Select Save As Image from the Proficy Portal File menu. The Save Display As Image dialog box appears.

2. TIP: You can also select Save As Image from the display context menu.

3. Select the directory you want to save the image in. If the directory does not exist, create it:

4. 1. Click the Create New Folder button. The Create New Folder dialog box appears.

   2. Enter the name of the directory and click OK.

5. Enter a name for the image.

6. Select a file type for the image and click Save. Proficy Portal saves the display as an image.
