When contacting us by telephone, call from a telephone near your computer and have your Proficy Portal software running. Have the following information handy to help us assist you as quickly as possible:
The serial number from your hardware key, and the Product name and version number, as well as version numbers of any drivers in use.
The brand and model of any hardware in your system.
Operating system and version number.
The steps you performed prior to the problem occurring, including the details of any error messages you received. Be as specific as possible.
