Changes the meaning of the [Alarm]AlarmDisable function. Normally (by default), when an alarm is disabled it is no longer processed by the system. The alarm is not displayed in the alarm displays (except the disabled list), is not logged, and does not change state with the I/O device variable.
By setting this parameter, you change the meaning of Disable so that the alarm is still processed and logged - but it is not displayed on the alarm display or summary lists.
