This parameter allows for the fact that the two alarm servers might not record an alarm event at exactly the same time, and is used when one Alarms Server tells another server to perform some action on a summary entry. The first Alarms Server sends its recorded summary time to the second Alarms Server, using that time +/- the SummaryTolerance to find the corresponding alarm summary.
Allowable Values: 1 to 3600 (seconds)
Default Value: 10
