Every new elements is connected to a default font. This is the font that is connected to the element type. Changing the property Font of an element causes that every new element of that element type is connected to this new font. After a restart of the editor, the default font is used for alle element types again. The default font is 'Arial 10', supports Antialiasing and is on the second position of the list.

The default font can be edited. The changes take effect everywhere, where this font is linked.
The system font is not scalable, which can lead to problems during zooming.
The default font can be changed via the
property Font. The dialog is the same
that opens when Font new is
selected in the context menu.
