Alarm groups are used for grouping messages that belong together.

A name, a number, a color, a function and a status variable can be assigned to each group or class.

The alarm groups are used for object-oriented technologic differentiation:

GROUP 1

= Pump information

GROUP 2

= Flow information

GROUP 3

There are three ways to create an alarm group:

Configuration and management of the alarm groups is done via the respective properties.

The status of this group is logged in the Chronological event list (CEL).

Button '...' opens the dialog for variable selection.

This function is executed automatically if an alarm of this group or class occurs.

If an alarm group is to be deleted, a query message is displayed.

If the query is confirmed, the alarm group is deleted. All linked process variables lose their group assignment.
