Alarms: Acknowledge

Additionally to acknowledging alarms in the alarms list this function offers the possibility to globally acknowledge alarms.

When executing this function in the Runtime, also the flashing attribute of the process variables and therefore picture alarming (only SICAM 230) will be reset. The selected alarms are acknowledged.

For the transfer parameters refer to chapter "Configuration of the alarm and CEL filters", "Configuration of the time filter".

You can allocate functions Acknowledge alarm and Delete alarm at Function authorization to a user group, i.e. an alarm can only be acknowledged by authorized users. As a second level another operator's permission can be granted for the deletion of the alarms in using the deletion obligation option. This means, that selected alarms can only be removed from the alarm list by specially authorized persons.
