Redundancy switch

This function needs no parameters.

If this function is executed in the Runtime server and standby server are exchanged, i.e. the computer, which is the current server of the project, becomes the standby server and the other way round.

The entries in the file 'project.ini' are changed; i.e. the change is permanent until the function is executed again. But if new Runtime files are created and reloaded, the changed project.ini is overwritten with the original one from the Editor files.

This function is not adequate to test redundancy, as the behaviour differs from a server failure.

This function allows the server to switch to the standby server in emergency cases (full harddisk on the server, better hardware connection from the standby, etc.).
