Substitution of variables in dynamic elements

The variable assignments stored behind dynamic elements can be replaced with a substitute function.

The activation of the function can be started after the marking of several elements (group or individual marking) by pressing Edit/Replace link.

Configurable options are:

Source	Entry of the partial string to be searched; wildcards * and ? are possible.
Target	Entry of the partial string to be exchanged
Name	Exchange of the information in the variable name
Identification	Exchange of the information in the identification
Case sensitive	Note precise coincidence of the text sequence capitalization
Accept	Application of the selected wildcard substitues
Variable	Activation of the variable list for target variable definition when a line is selected

With the button OK all substituted links are replaced. The dialogbox is closed.

Example:
All dynamic variables with the stored variables for Place 1 are to be replaced by the variables for Place 2.

Stored variable name	Anlage_Ort_1_Element
Mark group	Mark the dynamic elements to be replaced.
Activate substitute	Replace through pulldownmenü Edit \\ Link

Result	Equipment_Place_2_Element All variables which coincide in the database with the new text sequence are replaced in the dynamic elements; Variable names not found are not replaced
