All graphic elemente of this type can be dynamized directly with variable.

Different elements are available for representing dynamic process states in the pictures.

The selection of the existing dynamic picture element can be made through the toolbar or the menu item "Dyn. Elements".

The available elements are:

ActiveX

Insert ActiveX control

Bar Graph

Display values as bar graph

Bitmap button

Display of bitmaps (pixel graphics; *.bmp, *.jpg, *.gif, *.png and *.wmf); operating bay

Combined element

Display of one or more variables in colour or symbol (chained characters)

Combo/List boxes

Link values of process variables with text messages

Move Element

Move objects and change their size

Message

Display of texts from a text table

Multi-binary Element

Display of several variables in one picture point in colour and symbol (string)

Switch

Simple command initiation or set value input element

Operating field in button display

After inserting an element in a picture or selecting it with a mouse click the element properties are listed in the according properties window and can be changed there.

The properties are described in detail in the properties help of the Editor.

After creating a dynamic element the dialog Select function is opened as a default. Here a function resp. a variable can be linked. In a tooltip the name of the picture element, the name resp. type of the function and the variable linked to the picture element are displayed.
