If an entire row or an entire column is
selected, the additional commands Row resp. Column are available in the context
menu.
The first four pages of this dialog resemble the settings for formatting cells. But here not the cells of the selected column or row but the column resp. row headers are formatted.
Additionally there is a further page Column or Row available in this dialog.
