WEB Server:
For the installation and the configuration of the WEB server (enter the serial number and the activation key) you need administrator rights. For the actual operation: As the WEB server runs as a service (in the context of the SYSTEM user) in the background, no user has to be logged in for operation. So it is irrelevant, which Windows user rights the logged in user has.
WEB Client:
It is important, how you install the WEB client.
Manual installation:
For the installation you need administrator rights, for the operation normal user rights are sufficient.
Automatic installation with CAB file:
For the installation main user rights are necessary, for the operation normal user rights are sufficient.
