Summary:
You may have problems upgrading to a new version of Citect, this may be an incomplete upgrade or some pages may have animation missing.

Solution:
The upgrade code creates a log file in the Windows directory, this file is called APILOG.DAT. You may fine errors like "Failed to open" or cannot open" in this file this may indicate that there is a resource problem, maybe out of file handles. You should check this file for information on any upgrade problem. See also Q1424 and Q1480.
