Summary:

When running on a localized Citect SCADA, I face compile errors when setting up my trends, such as "Invalid Time format"

Solution:

If you are running v7.0 SPK1, please read KB Q5360 instead. If you are running v7.0 SPK2 or later, please also read KB Q5384.

This is because of the "Period" parameter in the Trends, Reports, Devices, and Events forms.
The drop down menu lets you choose "1st", "January", ...
These should be replaced by their localised equivalent.
For instance on a French version, one should manually type in "1er", "Janvier", ... instead of the entries listed.

Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectSCADA version 7.00 and v6.1. This problem has been fixed for French and German as a hotfix for v7.0 and for all languages in v7.1.

Note:
Specifically on a French version, This causes a second issue with the "2nd", "3rd", ... options.
You should replace them manually by "2er", "3er", ...
