21.1.2         Shift Report

The first Shift of the current Day opens first in VIEW and ViewDAQ.

 

The Shift Report consists rows data for the user defined Shift Period. There can be up to 6 shifts per day.

 

The each row can represent from 5 minutes to 60 minutes (1 hour) of data. The user should ensure this period is greater or equal to the ODBC record frequency for the tag.

 

There can be 12 Columns per report (twelve tags). Each “cell” can represent the Average, Last Value, Minimum, Maximum or Total for the time period the row represents (5 minutes to 60 minutes).

 

Summary Data at the bottom of each Column can be calculated: Maximum, Minimum, Last Value, Average and Total for the column.

 

If the Shift is not complete, you will see blank rows of data for the future hours.  Click Prev Shift or Prev Date to see the most recent complete report if the current shift is not complete.

 

Emailed Shift Reports appears almost identical, with Magenta and Blue borders.

First Date is the earliest date on record. Click First Date will re-generate a report for that date. The Date of the report appears at the top right of the report.

 

Prev Date is the previous Day, earlier than the current report you are viewing. The Date of the report appears at the top right of the report

 

Prev Shift is a Shift earlier than the current Shift you are viewing.

 

Next Shift is the Shift after the current Shift you are viewing.

 

Last Shift is the Last Shift with any data. This is usually the current date and current shift.
