To create a role

  1. Open the Proficy Portal Administration application.

  2. Click the Roles & Users button.

  3. In the tree, right-click the Roles folder and select Create Role. The Create New Role dialog box appears.

  4. Enter a name for the role, and, if necessary, any comments about this role.

  5. Click the Create button.

  6. NOTE: If you want to create additional roles, follow steps 4 and 5 for each role.

  7. When you have finished creating roles, click the Close button. Your changes take effect immediately.
