From the Edit menu, select Regional Setting Defaults. The Regional Setting Defaults dialog box appears.
Select the language from the Choose Language to Configure list. The current locale settings will be displayed in the Current Locale Setting field.
NOTE: The language displayed is the same as the set language on the Regional Options Windows control panel. See Language Settings for more information.
Make the necessary changes. Consult the section Default Regional Settings Properties for more information on individual entries within the General, Numbers, Date and Time tabs.
Click OK.
