Historian Grid Properties | Configuring a Grid
Although you can display historical data in a Grid, the Historian Grid is specifically designed for use with historical data sources. With the Historian Grid, you can add or update historical data. A Quick Time control and scroll buttons can also be configured for use with the Historian Grid so that, during run-time, you can select various start and/or end times for retrieval of historical data.
Apart from the Quick Time control, the Historian Grid is almost identical in its configuration features. For basic information about Proficy Portal grids, see Grids.
The Historian grid can be configured to allow the following changes during run-time:
Updating rows
