When saving a display, it is important to consider who must have access to the display. You can make the display available to all users, yourself only, another user only, or a certain group of users. This is accomplished by setting the appropriate display-level security permissions on certain roles (if security is enabled). Contact your system administrator for information on how display-level security is set up at your site.
NOTE: If you include an image as part of a display, it cannot be saved to the AllUsers/Images folder. The Save Display As dialog box will default to the displays folder on the local machine and you can save it there or to another user's display folder.
When you are ready to save the display, from the File menu, select Save.
The Save Display As dialog box appears.
Select the location for the display. If you want the display to be available to all users, select the AllUsers folder.
Enter a name for the display. There are some name restrictions - refer to Display Naming Restrictions for more information.
If you want to assign a custom icon that will be shown in the system tree beside the display name, select the Enable Custom Icon Configuration check box.
Click the Browse button. You can browse only the AllUsers\images folder and sub-folders.
On the Select Image dialog box, locate and select the icon you want to assign.
Click the Select button on the Select Image dialog box.
Click Save on the Save Display As dialog box.
