If you have not already done so, insert a Pie chart by selecting it from the Insert menu, or double-click an existing chart to access the chart's configuration panel.
Access the Chart tab.
In the Appearance section, select Pie Chart from the list box. The Plot Area section appears.
From the Displayed Text list box, select the method for labeling the wedges in the pie.
To change the color of the label text, click the Text Color button and select a new color from the Text Color dialog box.
In the Decimal Places box, enter the number of decimal places for percentages and values displayed on the chart.
If you want the Category Chooser (drop-down list) to appear on the chart, select the Show Category Chart check box. For more information on using the Category Chooser during run-time, see Show Category chooser.
