Natural Presentation Supported Objects by Data Source

When you use Natural Presentation (drag-and-drop) to insert objects, each data source will allow different types of objects to be inserted. The following table shows which objects are available for each data source. Data sources within the same data source category support the same objects. For example, all Real Time data sources (FIX, OPC, and CIMPLICITY HMI) support the same objects with Natural Presentation. If you want to use a data source with an object that is not supported by Natural Presentation, use the alternative method of inserting an object (see To select a data source from the Data Source Browser).

NOTE: Objects that are not shown in the table are not supported for use with Natural Presentation.
