Insert a new object, or edit an existing object. The Configuration dialog box will appear for that object.
For most objects, the Expression Builder can be accessed from the
Data tab of the Configuration dialog box; however, some objects are
slightly different. You will always find the Add
Expression button 
near where you set the data
source for an object.
Click the Add Expression button. The Expression Builder appears.
