Right-click an empty portion of the current display to show the Application context menu.
Select Configure from the context menu. If the display is not modifiable, the command does not appear in the context menu. This means you cannot change the time interval for the display's scroll buttons. If the Configure command is available from the context menu, the display is modifiable and the Configure menu appears when you select the command.
Select Scroll Values from the Configure menu. If the command does not appear in the Configure menu, the Allow Scroll Value Modification preference is disabled. To enable it, you must have administrator rights. Refer to the section Preferences and Defaults to learn more about setting this preference.
