The static picture information can be generated externally by way of a vector graphics drawing program (AutoCAD, Autosketch 3.0) and be imported or be produced with the existing drawing edtior.

The selection of the static picture element can be made through the toolbar or the menu item Vect. Elements. Further settings can be made in the properties.

Available static picture elements are:

When the element is selected from the toolbar or from the pulldown menu Vect. elements, it can be added to the picture several times. Once an element is selected it is displayed by a display on the mouse pointer within the picture area. The fixing of the element at a picture position is made by pressing down the left mouse button at the desired upper left corner of the element. By pulling open a rectangle while the mouse button is pressed the element is produced on releasing the mouse button. The only exemptions are polylines and polygons, because ticks have to be defined for these elements. The fixing occurs by means of a double click at the end of the polyline.

After free positioning of the element in a picture or after selection with a mouse click the properties of the element can be edited in the properties window.

The properties are described in detail in the properties help of the Editor.
