With the status administration you get a better overview in the process and in the network. Each variable can have its own stati. Altogether there are 32 stati / attributes. The mostly used statuses certainly are "on change", "invalid", "manual value" and "alternate value".

Each stored value in zenon consists of three bits of information: value, time stamp and status. That means, that for each archived value also the status is stored.

In the Runtime there are several possibilities to evaluate the status of a variable, as for example: the Combined Element, the Reactions matrices and the Report Generator.
