Selective printing

In order to print a selective event list, the control element Print
is used. All events are printed which are currently displayed (note the filter conditions) and irrespective of whether the variables are provided with the print option.

The file BTB_G.FRM is used for formatting the output. The FRM file has three parts:

Header	at the beginning of the page
List	cyclic per line
Footer	at the end of the page

The individual parts are separated by %%. The separation marking must be used only once for the list and the base part.
