To schedule automatic refresh of synchronized roles

1. Start the Proficy Portal Administration application.

2. Click the Roles & Users button.

3. If you have not already done so, set up role synchronization. How?

4. Select the Roles node.

5. On the General tab, enter the number of hours for the synchronization refresh rate. 0 means that automatic refresh will not take place.

6. Click the Apply button

7. Restart the Proficy Portal server.
