You can synchronize roles either on an ad hoc basis (as described in the following procedure), or you can set up a schedule so that synchronization is performed automatically. For more information on scheduling synchronization, see To schedule automatic refresh of synchronized roles.
Start the Proficy Portal Administration application.
Click the Roles & Users button.
If you have not already done so, set up role synchronization. How?
In the Roles tree, right-click the role that you want to synchronize and choose Synchronize to Domain/Group.

If you want to synchronize all roles, right-click the Roles node and choose Synchronize roles to Domain/Group.
